Whiddle Summer is 5 months old today, and what better way to spend your 5 month birthday than at the GP with your sick sister. Thats right, not one but both of my girlies are sick. Summer has a pus filled ulcer on her throat, hence her not being very enthusiastic when it comes to her bottles, and Paige has tonsillitus, just brilliant!
At 5 months, Summer can roll both ways, coo and chat, smile, laugh and she can now put her dummy into her mouth all by herself! She also loves to sit up on mummy's knee and look around at the world around her, its lovely to see. And even though she is feeling a bit poorly at the moment, she is as jolly as ever, giving everyone that is interested a dazzling smile.
Paige has just come alive and is snacking on some tiny teddies and had a jar of fruit for her lunch, she was like the walking dead earlier, poor whiddle thing! She was as right as rain last night but then during the night woke up groaning, so I pumped some nurofen into her, albeit with a bit of a fight, but she slept soundly for the rest of the night. She is on a course of antibiotics and she doesnt like those much either but too bad too sad, lol!
Im feeling much better today, whatever I had has vacated my body thank goodness, but jeeze I hate it when my kids are sick, makes me so sad to see them like that.

Oh no Danni, your poor girls! Give them both big cuddles from us. I hope they are feeling better soon.
Oh if you are free next Tuesday come over for morning tea? Actually any day next week except Monday is good for me hehe!!!
Aww, it is sad when little ones are sick. Glad you're feeling better though as it sounds like you have your hands full! Hope the girlies are back to their old selves soon, and Happy 5 Months to Miss Summer!
